Personality: Inu has a very short fuse, and when she loses her temper, people usually lose limbs. Because of her wolf side, she tends to have certain instincts that other humans don't have, such as a preference for the outdoors and raw meat. Yes, she eats her food raw. While she can switch between forms at will, she prefers wandering as a wolf because she views her human self as too helpless. Other than anger, she is usually unemotional and detached. She does feel other emotions, but doesn't use them much.

History:
Inu was born human in a small coastal village, she had dark black hair and a pair of mismatched eyes. She was an only child and was forced to work around the farm because she didn't have a brother to do the job. She was a stigma in her village because of her odd eyes. A native superstition said that children who's eyes did not match would bring misery and havoc wherever they went, so she was an outcast from the beginning of her life. The only people who loved her were her parents, anyone else shunned and abused her.

One day, around the time Inu turned 12, people started to disappear from their village. A strange wolf had taken shelter in the nearby woods, and he seemed to only dine on other humans. It became a common sight of bodies laying on the ground after being torn apart by teeth and claws, and it became forbidden to travel through the forest, especially at night. Some of the villagers thought it was Inu who caused the misfortune of the wolf upon them, and late one night while her family slept, they took her, bound her, and left her in the woods for the wolf to find and kill.

It did seem that when the wolf found her, it took one look into her eyes and perhaps saw kinship, as it too had a pair of mismatched colors. It turned from the girl and spared her. Instead of tearing her body apart, it simply bit her arm and left for different prey. After that, Inu blacked out, and awoke a few days later. She felt different from then on, and to signify this, her hair had turned a strange cyan color, save for the tips.

It was then she discovered where she awoke. She had the strange and appealing taste of blood in her mouth and the body of a stranger lay dead near her. It didn't take long to put two and two together, and to her horror, she realized that she was this man's killer. She had become a wolf like the one in her own village and brought misfortune, just as her eyes had said she would.

It took many years to finally gain control of her wolf side, and now Inu accepts it. She does lose control when she becomes angry enough or gains a fit of bloodlust in a fight, but otherwise, she can switch the forms at will. Just in case, however, she still avoids settling anywhere, fearful that she may go on a rampage as well. She's careful to only battle with her claws or use her teeth to kill, knowing that if she allowed anyone she bit to live, they too would become the monster she did.
